Donna Ward passed away on Monday, September 14.

A memorial service will be held at St. Philip the Apostle Episcopal Church, 5271 Scotts Valley Drive, Scotts Valley, CA 95066 on Saturday, September 19th at 1:00PM. (The family will place the ashes at Santa Cruz Memorial Cemetery, Friday, September 18th, 4:00PM).

Additionally: there will be a "Celebration of the Life of Donna Ward" at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, 81 N. Second Street, San Jose CA 95113, on Thursday, September 24, at 6:30PM.

A reception will follow each service.
