Edward Hamilton Taylor, my great grandfather, died on December 30, 1954, in Sedro-Woolley, Washington, when he was 94 years old.

Info from a close cousin said "He slipped in the snow while fetching the mail. He died from a cerebral hemorrhage a fractured left hip femur, and fractured neck. He died 2 Days later."

This poem was written by Minnie Rose, who was married to Edward. Their great grand daughter Annie provided the poem.

Rest For The Weary "Come unto me" the Savior cried, "and I will give you rest; Come cast your burdens on the Lord and you will be surely blest. "My shoulders broad will surely bear the burdens of Mankind, if in My mercy they will trust, the Poor, the Sick, the Blind."
