He was a member of the American Legion for 50 years and a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during WWII. Mr. Kingsley retired from United Water Resources after 40 years of service. In addition to his parents Mr. Kingsley was also preceded in death by a brother, Richard Kingsley and sister, Bertha Trefethen.
