Walter T. York, 73 years old, died at the home of Judge W.J. Waite, 1108 E. 13th St. Saturday. He is survived by his wife who is visiting in Washington; two daughters, Mrs. W.J. Waite, home address and Mrs. P.B. Conley, Monroe, Wash. Tentative funeral plans are for Tuesday, it was announced at Watts & McAtee.

Walter York, 73 years old, 1108 E. 15th , died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. W.J. Waite. Funeral services will be held from Watts & McAtee chapel Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock by Dr. E.C. Mobley. Mr. York is a member Christian church and a Mason.
