WILLIAM BOWLES DIES.
Mr William Bowles died early Sunday morning, May 9th, after a lingering illness at the home of a daughter & son-in-law, Mr & Mrs Ed Cook in Ohio. He is survived by five daughters & four sons, Mrs Mattie Jones, Colorado; Mrs Lucy Cook, Mrs Ed Cook, Mrs Lucien Gentry, all of Ohio; Mrs Goldie Ballinger, Indiana; Dr J G Bowles, Irvine; Luther Bowles, Richmond; I A Bowles, Hazard; & Kimber Bowles, West Liberty, Ky.
Funeral services were held at the Tyner Cemetery at 1 o’clock Tuesday afternoon.
Mr Bowles, an extensive land owner & retired farmer was 92 years old at the time of his death.
