Peter "Chicks" Bombassaro, a member of the Beadling soccer team which won the 1954 national amateur championship, died Tuesday at his home. Mr. Bombassaro, 64, resided at 1260 Boyce lift . H i a Road, Upper St. Clair. He played amateur soccer for 20 years and worked for the Mt. Lebanon Public Works Department and the Mt. Lebanon School District. He was a member of Bridge-ville United Methodist Church. Mr. Bombassaro is survived by his wife, Phyllis Knowles Bombassaro; four children, Sally Boyle of Baldwin, Janet Bombasaro of Bridgeville, Beverly Bombassaro of Wormleysburgh, PA and Peter W Bombassaro of Melrose. Mass, brother of Ann Balach, John Bombassaro; also five grandchildren. Friends will be personally received by the family form 2-4 and 7-0 p.m. at the Samuel Blake Fryer Funeral Home, 729 Washington Ave., Bridgeville Exit, Interstate 79, where Services will be held on Sat. at 10 a.m. The family suggests that contributions be made to the Bridgeville United Methodist Church or the Bradley Center in Dorseyville, PA 15238
