Silverton - Marvin A Dahl. 63. died Tuesday.
He was born in Silverton and was a livelong resident of the Bethany area of Silverton. He was a machinist for the Jonas Byberg Machinery Co. for 26 years. He was a machinist for Mallory's Dairy the past 12 years. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife, Lila; son Roger of Salem; daughters Sharon Hartley of Concord, Calif., Jan Ford of Blackfoot, Idaho, and Linda O'Neil of Gladstone; brothers Orlando and Allen, both of Salem; and sister Ann Rue of Salem.
Services will begin at 2 p.m. Friday in the church. Interment will be in Valley View Cemetery. Arrangements are by Unger mortuary. Contributions may be made to the church.
