Mary Elizabeth Rogers, aka (Beth Lane) age 43 of Ola, died Saturday, June 6, 2009 at her home in Ola. Born May 3, 1966 in Dardanelle, Beth was the daughter of Shirley Vivyan and the late Toby Rogers.Beth is preceded in death by her father and paternal grandparents. Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Shirley and Dennis Vivyan of Dardanelle, two daughters Nikki and Amber Rogers both of Dardanelle, maternal grandmother, Wanda Apple of Dardanelle, one sister, Sheila Latham of Fort Smith, and three half sisters; Kimberly Brock, and Michelle and Tammy Rogers all of Russellville, one half brother, Ronnie Story of Russellville and many other relatives and close friends.

Beth always joined the Apple family on Thanksiving and Christmas. One thing that I always noticed was that Beth never left my Mothers, (her Grandmother's) house (Wanda Apple) with out giving her a hug and telling her that she loved her.

What A Wonderful World Lyrics:

I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And I say to myself
What a wonderful world

I see skies of blue and clouds of white
Bright sunny days, dark sacred nights
And I think to myself
What a wonderful world

The colors of the rainbow are so pretty in the skies
Are also on the faces of people walking by
I see friends shaking hands saying
How do you do?
They're really saying
I love you

I see babies cry, I watch them grow
They'll learn much more than I'll ever know
And I think to myself
What a wonderful world
Yes, I think to myself
What a wonderful world

And I say to myself
What a wonderful world

You can shed tears that she is gone
or you can smile because she has lived.

You can close your eyes and pray that she'll come back
or you can open your eyes and see all she's left.

Your heart can be empty because you can't see her
or you can be full of the love you shared.

You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday
or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.

You can remember her and only that she's gone
or you can cherish her memory and let it live on.

You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back or you can do what she'd want: smile; open your eyes; love; and go on.

Love Always Aunt Mary
