Jerry Wayne Love "Our Hero" Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Jerry Wayne Love, age 45, returned to his Heavenly Father January 20, 2007. Born May 26, 1961 in San Diego, California to LaMar and Dorothy Reisher Love. Married Tamara Lynn Knowlden May 2, 1981 in the Oakland LDS Temple. He served his community for the last 15 years as an EMT/Supervisor at Gold Cross Ambulance. Survived by his wife, Tamara; children, Amber (Benjamin) Hanks, Bryan, Patricia, and Heather; grandchildren, Sade, Luke; mother; siblings, Kirk (J'Nae) Love, Derrick Love, LeAnn (Jim) Paine, Carrin (Ray) Bloomfield, Larayne (Mike) Bruce, Nicole Love, Brooke (Kleete) Harris, Samantha Love; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father. Jerry, we will miss you! Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 24, 2007, 11 a.m. at the Copper Hills Stake Center, 5176 West Parr Drive (8440 South). A viewing will be Tuesday from 5:30-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Wednesday from 9:30-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment, Sandy City Cemetery.
