RICHARD J BARRY--62: died Wednesday[11-30] evening at home in Greenville after a 1yr illness. He was born 19 Aug 1932 in Greenville, a son of LawrenceP & Muriel Sauers Barry. He attended the StMichael's School & the former Penn High School-both Greenville. He lived in Warren for 30 years & moved back to Greenvl in 1988. While in Warren, he worked at Alcan Aluminum Co retiring in Sep 1986 on a disabil-ity with 30yrs service. MrBarry was a member of StMichael's RomanCatholic Church & Knights of Columbus, Joseph Fitzmartin Council 1446-both Greenville.
Surviving are his wife-formerly Shirley Gaugh, whom he married 15 Jun 1951; 5 children: MarthaM (sp-StephenE) Gayle-Jacksonville FL; Cheryl (sp-RichardF) Bush-Kinsman; KarenS Barry-Naples FL; RichardJ BarryJr-Greenville & CliffordP-Naples FL; a sister: Rita Stewart-Greenville; 2 bros: RegisF & LawrenceA-both Greenville; 6 grandchildren & 2 gr-grandchild-ren. He was preceded in death by 3 sisters & 2 brothers.
