KENTON, Jan. 30 - Funeral services were held today at the Rushsylvania Church of Christ for Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Stevenson, 74, well-known Rushsylvania woman who died late Sunday. Rev. Lloyd Harris, pastor, was in charge and burial was in Sieg cemetery in Hardin-co.
Mrs. Stevenson was born June 10, 1865, in Taylor Creek-tp, Hardin-co, and had lived all her life in Logan and Hardin-cos. For the last 30 years she had lived in Rushsylvania. She was the last of the family of the late Basil and Eliza Collins Bailey. She was married to David P. Stevenson on Dec. 8, 1883. He died in April, 1934.
Three daughters, Mrs. Alice Byers of Springfield, Mrs. Ruth Paxson of Belle Center and Mrs. Mary Blair of Wauseon; two sons, Kenneth and Paul Stevenson, both at home, and nine grandchildren, survive.
