LYONS - Garrison "Jack" Yoder, 81, died Jan. 4, 1990, at Lyons District Hospital, after a long illness.
He was born May 11, 1908, at Mitchell, the son of Frank Yoder and Stella Francis. A lifetime Lyons resident, he was a retired employee of the city of Lyons.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Lyons.
On April 28, 1934, he married Ethel Trump at Salina. She died Nov. 8, 1981.
Survivors include: a daughter, Virginia Cyphert, O'Fallon, Ill.; one grandchild; and two greatgrandchildren.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Sillin Funeral Home, Lyons, the Rev. Gary Brooks presiding. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lyons Municipal cemetery.
