Betty Dafoe gradudated from Canton Central School. She was twice married. She had a daughter with her first husband, Mr. Cowan, and then married William Walls. On July 28, 1956 she and her sister Shirley Dafoe were killed in an automobile accident in Ontario Canada while traveling to her home in Michigan. Betty's husband and daughter were also injured, but her son who was also in the car was unharmed.
