Linda L. Manz, age 44, of Kiel, died Sunday afternoon, September 12, 2010, at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
She was the former Linda Mayer, born October 12, 1965 in Chilton, daughter of Selma (Awe) Mayer and the late Carl Mayer.
Linda was a 1984 graduate of Kiel High School.
On February 22, 1986, she married Brian Manz at St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Kiel.
Linda was a licensed appraiser at Dhein Appraisal in Kiel for approximately 15 years. She was a lifelong member of St. Peter's UCC and a former member of the consistory. Linda enjoyed rummaging with her sisters & friends and vacationing with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Brian of Kiel; two sons, Blake & Derek, both of Milwaukee; two step-daughters, Ashley (Adam) Behm, Green Bay; and Erin (Chad) Klish, Wausau; her mother, Selma Mayer, Kiel; and mother-in-law, Monica Manz, Kiel. She is further survived by her brothers & sisters, Lola (Steve) Schmidt, Howards Grove; Kay (Scott) Schueffner, Pleasant Prairie; DuWayne (Kay) Mayer Lomira; Betty (Wayne) Seifert, Kiel; Judy (Bill) Lutz, Kiel; one sister-in-law, Bonnie (Richard) Silbernagel, Wausaukee; brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen (Don) Wesener, Milwaukee; Jean Anne (Tony) LaCrosse, Milwaukee; Nancy Manz, Plymouth; Michelle Voss, Plymouth; Elaine Manz, Seattle, WA; along with other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Mayer; one brother, David Mayer; one sister, Cindy Mayer; and one brother-in-law, Arthur Manz.
Funeral services for Linda will be held at Thursday, September 16, 2010 at St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Kiel with Rev. Judine Duerwaechter officiating.
Burial will take place in the Kiel City Cemetery.
