OBITUARY
RESOLUTIONS PASSED BY COUNTY DOCTORS
The following resolutions in connection with the deaths of two of Clinton County's prominent and well-loved physicians were drafted and adopted at the semi-annual meeting of the Clinton County Medical Society on Friday afternoon:
'Whereas: God in his infinite wisdom has removed
from our midst our brother, Dr. Alexander W. Fairbank;and
Whereas: We recognize in Dr.Fairbank a physician of unusual skill and ability, whose judgment was
often sought in the consultation room, and one joined in the joys and sorrows of perhaps more people than any physician who has practiced medicine in, Clinton County during recent years.
Therefore be it Resolved: That it is with saddened hearts that we bow in submission to the will of the "One,who doeth all things Well," and pause, for a few minutes to do honor to the memory of our late brother, and record our appreciation of his many sterling qualities.
Resolved: That we extend to his family our sincere and heartfelt sympathy in their bereavement, and that these resolutions be spread on the minutes of our society and a copy to be sent to the family of our deseased brother"
