LINDA ANN BURKE (CICIONE), 53, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 16, 2010, at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence, with her family at her side, after a long, courageous battle with her illness. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Louis and Gladys (Carlson) Cicione of Cranston.


Linda was a graduate of Bryant College, Class of 1979. She was a real estate appraiser for White Appraisal Company for five years, until her illness. Linda enjoyed gardening and traveling.


In addition to her parents, Linda is survived by her loving children, Lauren C. Burke and Brian T. Burke, both of Cranston. She was the sister of Anthony Cicione and his wife, Norah, of Warwick and Edward Cicione and his wife, Patricia, of North Kingstown.
