DEATH OF GEO. ARMOR
Geo. Armor, aged 45, died at his home on Commercial street at 6 o'clock last Thursday of catarhal jaundice, from which disease he had been suffering for two weeks.
The deceased gentleman is one of Emporia's oldest citizens, having been born in this place. He has, for the past twenty years or more, been engaged in the stock business in this vicinity. He leaves a wife and child to mourn his loss. The funeral will take place on Sunday at the family residence and the remains will be laid to rest in Maplewood cemetery.
