She and her family moved to Linn County, Oregon prior to 1867 where they were farmers. Flora wed Jay Augustine Bishop of Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon in 1883. They had 3 children between 1885 and 1890. She was a homemaker and her husband was a blacksmith . They remained in Linn and Marion Counties the rest of their lives.
