Opal E. Noye, 89, of 1112 Crabel Court died at 7 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. Born June 20, 1915, in Peoria to John and Pearl Tobin Cook, she married Leo E. Noye on May 25, 1943, in Missouri. He died March 24, 1968. She also was preceded in death by one son, one daughter, three brothers and one sister. Surviving are one son, Suell (and Debbie) of Chillicothe; one sister, Gloria Brown of Springfield; six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
