He retired in 1939 and moved to Houston to make his home with his daughters, Mrs. Juanita Dugan and Miss Annette Yvonne Adair. He returned to Wichita Falls recently before his death. He was active in Masonic work for many years and a charter member of Highland Heights Christian Church. Survived by his wife; three daughters; five sons; one sister; one brother.
