Our Little Angel, Alyssa Tyne Coots, three-month-old daughter of Damon Scott and April Holder Coots, was carried away by the Angels to be home with her Lord on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2007. Alyssa was born Nov. 6, 2006, in Forsyth County. Surviving are her parents of the home; a brother, Damon Scott Coots II of the home; grandparents; Penny Holder and Kevin Thorne, Jeff Holder Sr., Sherry and Bobby Bare and Ira Coots; great-grandparents; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles and great-cousins. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. A Committal Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11, at Union Hill Baptist Church, with the Rev. Justin Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
