Thomas was married and living with his wife and two daughters on the 1810 Breckinridge Co, KY census. He married Henrietta Mudd on November 15, 1815 in Washington Co, KY. They ahd two sons and one daughter. Thomas left a will in Breckinridge Co, KY date February 26, 1820, proven on May 14, 1821, where he mentions his wife and two sons. No mention of his 4 daughters, Henrietta, Charlotte, Elizabeth and Mary. It is not known where Thomas is buried.
