DEATH OCCURES AT
COUNTY INFIRMARY
PNEUMONIA CAUSES DEATH OF
JAMES CRAWFORD BROWN
THIS MORNING.
James Crawford Brown died at the county infirmary this morning at 7:30 o'clock, after a long illness of about 5 days, death being due to pneumonia.
The deceased was born in Tennessee, on Oct 4, 1850, and at the time of his death was aged 68 years, 4 months and 15 days. Surviving him are three children, Mrs. Elizabeth Ferguson, of Oklahoma; J. F. Brown of Mount Carmel, and Mrs. Emma McNeely of Terre Haute, one brother, C. R. Brown, of this city, one sister, Mrs. Sarah Schubert of Lawrenceville, and one brother, Kent Brown, of Golden Gate. He had been a resident of this county for about 15 years.
Funeral services will be held from Walter & Sons chapel Thursday morning at 10 o'clock, In charge of Rev. C. H. Hightower, and burial will be in the Sand Hill cemetery.
