Orin Torrison, 68, of Rt. 2, Reedsville, died unexpectedly Friday afternoon at home following a coronary attack. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Faith Lutheran Church, Valders. The Rev. Robert Onkka will officiate and burial will be in Valders West Cemetery.

Mr. Torrison was born June 17, 1902, in the Town of Rockland, Manitowoc County, son of the late Goodnow and Anna Gunderson Torrison. He farmed most of his life and also was employed at the Valders Canning Co. for 42 years. He married Clara Berg June 23, 1928, at Valders. Mr. Torrison was a former Deacon and trustee of the church.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Glenn of Rt. 2, Reedsville, and David of Rt. 1, Adell; a sister, Mrs. Leonard (Irene) Johnston, of Valders and seven grandchildren. A son, four brothers and four sisters preceded him in death.

Friends may call at the Christianson Funeral Home, Valders, after 3 p.m. Sunday until noon Monday and then at the church until the time of services.
