Donald Earl Blair was born September 15, 1925 in Wagoner, Oklahoma.

He married Bettye Louise Christian Sallings on January 22, 1964. Donald was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church where he served as deacon, Sunday school teacher and treasurer. He spent his entire life in

the Wagoner area where he farmed for sixty years and also operated Blair Implement Center selling Allis-Chalmers tractors. His hobbies included woodworking, gardening and spending time with his family. He
was a member of the Clover Leaf Lodge #35-Independent Order of the Odd Fellows for the past sixty-six years. He had served in many positions including Noble Grand, mostly recently as Chaplain.

He passed into eternal life at his home Monday evening, September 27, 2010 after a long battle with cancer.

He is survived by his wife Bettye of the home; daughters, Robin Luellen and husband Jerry of Hulbert, Connie Swindler and husband Scott of Hulbert, Edwina Rice of Wagoner and Rebekah Perkins and husband Bill of Hulbert; sons, Edward Christian Sallings and wife Carla of Wagoner, Donald Eugene Blair and wife Shanna of Wagoner and Micheal Blair and Johnna Sue of Wagoner; honorary son, Richard Keck and wife Kathy of Porter; sixteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren; brothers, Lawrence, Allen, Russell and Kenneth Ray; sisters, Luciel Dobson and Patsy Harris and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Della Mae Johnston Blair, sister, Rebekah Cobb, brother, Leon Blair and two great grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Price and C. J. Alexander.

He is remembered as Dad, Pops, Grandpa, Grampy, Don and Uncle Duck.

The family request donations be made to the Clover Leaf Lodge #35 in Wagoner.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, October 1, 2010 in the Immanuel Baptist Church with the Reverend Glen Rowan officiating. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery
