Frank Russell Rogers was the son of James Franklin Rogers (1851-1941) and Georgia Ann (Prough) Rogers (1865-1948), both natives of Missouri.

Frank had the following siblings:

Frank married Mary Gray of Macon County, Missouri, whose parents had come to the USA from Scotland. Their date of marriage is unknown to this writer and I also do not know if they had any children.

Frank died at the age of 32 of acute gloonerular nephritis (a kidney disease). Missouri Death Certificate 34378.
