Noah Board, an 85 year old Rt 1 Irvington, resident, died Sunday, November 14. A retired farmer, he was born September 19 1897, the son of the late Milton and Sophie Shumate Board. His wife, Glovie Board, died in 1979.
Surviving are two sons, Milton and Jackie Board, both of Rt 1 Irvington, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday from the Alexander Funeral Home Chapel, Irvington, with the Rev Don Bruington officiating. Burial was in the Bethel Cemetery, near Bewleyville.
