___Mrs. Sarah Chapman, relict of the late David Chapman who died about nine years ago, died at her home in Lowell Saturday morning last at the advanced age of eighty-nine. The funeral services were held in the Baptist church in that village Monday afternoon, and were conducted by Rev. Mr. Lewis, of the Lowell M.E. church. The deceased was a decendant of one of the first settlers of this North-west territory and was born in the Lowell neighborhood, where she spent her entire life. She was the grandmother of Mr. W. R. Grimes, of this city. Quite a number of relatives and friends from this city attended the funeral.
