A native of Manila, Roy Santos moved to Canada with his family in the 1980s. He worked in Vancouver as a computer consultant for Accenture before being promoted and moved in 1996 to the Guy Carpenter office in New York City on the 94th floor of the World Trade Center's north tower. He was promoted again and was to be moved to a building a few blocks away the week after Sept. 11. Survived by his mother Aurora, two brothers and extended family.
