A gloom was cast over this community on Friday when it became known that Mrs. Milton Hickling had been a resident of this neighbourhood for a number of years prior to the removal of the family to oakland Hill. While a resident of this community she was found to be a woman of many sterling qualities, always ready to lend a helping hand to others less fortunate that herself. The sympathy of the community is extended to the bereaved husband and family.
