Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Monday October 4, at New Covenant Baptist Church, 8501 N.W. 45 Hwy., Parkville, MO, 64152, (816) 741-0212. Mr. Thompson was born October 16, 1934, in Havana, KS, to Athal and Nellie Thompson.
He was an Electrician at TWA for 30 years, retiring February 1, 1996.
He is survived by his wife, Anita M. Thompson, Kansas City, MO; his brothers, Gail Thompson, Wichita, KS, and Marlin Thompson, Casper, WY; and sisters, Edith Oyler, Palatka, FL, and Geneva Kruse, Ocala, FL; and many nieces and nephews.
