Carroll Skaggs, 66, of Louisville, died Friday, Oct. 1, 2010, at the V.A. Hospital in Louisville. Survivors include a sister, Elizabeth Clemons, and a brother, Jim Skaggs. The funeral is at 11 a.m. CDT Monday at Rogers-Oller Funeral Chapel in Clarkson. Burial will be in St. Augustine Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. CDT today at the funeral home and after 8:30 a.m. Monday.

SKAGGS, CARROLL, 66, of Louisville, KY, passed away Friday, October 1, 2010 at V.A. Hospital in Louisville. He was born January 10, 1944. He was of Catholic faith, an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, and a retired sales representative from Allpro Champion. He is preceded in death by his parents, Russell H. and Carrie E. (Higdon) Skaggs; and nephew, Russell Clemons. He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Clemons (Norman) of Louisville; and brother, Jim Skaggs (Joyce) of Louisville; several nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly. Funeral services are 11 a.m. on Monday, October 4th at Rogers-Oller Funeral Chapel with Rev. Brian Johnson officiating the service. Burial in St. Augustine Cemetery. Visitation is 4-7 p.m. on Sunday, and after 8:30 a.m. on Monday until time of service time at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home, Clarkson, KY.
