Bertha was the daughter of Joseph Baugh and Drucilla Dillian. She was the wife of Lewis Thomas Demster and they had three known children; Ada, Lewis, and Opal. Her husband's WWI Draft Reg. Card lists Bertha May; her death certificate lists Bertha Beatrice. Bertha's husband survived her and is also buried at Moorehead Cemetery.
