William Moscoe "Billy" Conley, 33, of Madison, was born July 22, 1977, at Logan General Hospital at all of 4 pounds, 8 ounces. He is the son of Bonita Conley Hager of Madison and the late Larry Gene "LC" Conley and grandson of William and Janet Barker Hager of Hewett and the late Moscoe and Lorraine Conley. He departed this life Sunday, October 3, 2010.

Billy was a coal miner for Raven Crest Contracting out of Kentucky. He loved Dale Earnhardt Sr. and the outdoors.

He was also preceded in death by an uncle, Michael Conley.

Additional survivors include his brothers, Larry Gene Conley Jr. of Jeffrey and Stephen Bruce Conley of Hewett; his sister, Rossa Rollins Thompson of Madison; three beautiful nieces that were his world, Hayley Conley of Hewett and Jalynn and Kirsten Thompson of Madison; his aunts and uncles, Dianna (Benny) Dalton of Airport Road of Chapmanville, Bonnie Conley and Sue (Hank) Ferrell, both of Conley Branch of Chapmanville, Carlos (Teresa) Hager of Cartersville, Ga., Bruce (Debbie) Hager of Meadow Fork, and Jeanne Hager (Craig) Carter of Destin, Fla.; several first cousins he loved as brothers, Mikie, Ben D., Zac, Ben H. and Justin Hager; his step-dad, Wendell (Joann) Rollins of Crawley Creek of Chapmanville, and lots of friends and cousins that will miss Billy and several that he loved as a brother.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, October 8, at the Meadow Fork Freewill Baptist Church with Mr. Raamie Barker, Mr. Paul Hill and Mr. Robbie Ball officiating. Burial will follow in the Conley Cemetery at Airport Road at Chapmanville.

Visitation will begin after 6 p.m. Thursday at the church
