La Voyle Smith Blair Cooper She was born December 4, 1908 I Millville, Utah to Isaac and Eva Smith. She died July 21, 2009 in Chico, California. She was 100 years old. She has one son Bart Blair, Chico, California and two step sons Lee Cooper of Duchesne, Utah and Bob Cooper of Australia. She has 17 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren, and seven great great grandchildren. She lived in Lewiston for many years. She worked in the Los Angeles City Hall from 1947 until retirement. She served in the LDS Church in many callings. Her main talent was making quilts for the hospital, and many other humanitarian services. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 21, 2009 at 1:00 PM at the Allen Mortuary Chapel of North Logan, 420 East 1800 North. Burial will be in the Lewiston, Utah cemetery.
