Paul B. Angel, 92, of Williamsburg, passed away on September 20, 2012. Paul was born in Bedford County, VA on October 15, 1919 and moved to Williamsburg in the early 1940's to work at Camp Peary. He served as Chief of the Williamsburg Volunteer Fire Department and took pride in acquiring the city's first ambulance. He built and operated the first marine dealership in Williamsburg, Capitol Marine, and was instrumental in bringing the American Power Boat Association into the area, where he was involved for many years in power boat racing.
