Survivors include: brother: Paul Carrico of Louisville, 2 sisters: Mary Beulah Smith of Harrodsburg and Catherine McIlvoy of Burgin, several nieces and nephews. Funeral mass will be held at 11am Saturday at St. Rose Catholic Church in Springfield with burial in the church cemetery. Prayer services will be held at 7pm Friday at Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home, where friends may call from 4:30 till 8:30pm Friday.
