Mrs. George Albee, 88, lifelong resident of Manitowoc County and city, died
Wednesday afternoon.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the Frazier mortuary,
Manitowoc. The Rev. C. H. Phipps of the First Presbyterian church will
officiate and burial will be in Evergreen cemetery. Friends are asked to
omit flowers.
She was born Jane Spencer in the town of Kossuth in 1862 and was married to
George Albee. They located in Manitowoc, where Mr. Albee was a pioneer merchant
for a number of years. He died in 1908.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. George LaBreche of Manitowoc, three nieces and
three nephews.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Friday.
