Peter Ravelin Brother to his Mother Ana Ravelin Delgado and Aunt Susie Ravelin.

Peter (Pete) Paul Delgado, Sr. Passed away peacefully at age 88 on Sunday, October 18th. Survived by Roberta, his loving wife of almost 60 years, children Sharon (John) Holden, Ana Delgado, Linda Delgado, Susan Delgado, and Peter (Kim) Delgado, Jr., 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Pete is survived by his sister Jessie Ann Gill and brother Frank (Sigrid) Delgado, as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Ana Ravalin Delgado and brother Stanley Delgado. Born on March 12, 1921 in Sunnyvale, CA, Pete was a life-long Santa Clara County resident, World War II naval veteran, devoted husband, proud father, steadfast friend and neighbor. He enjoyed the companionship of his family, fellow veterans, bodybuilders and ex-coworkers. After family, he loved his dogs- Sammy, Cassie, and Abby. His special interests were 49er football, cheeseburgers, motorcycles, and surfing in Santa Cruz. Over the years, he had worked at Moffett Field, Peninsula Creamery, Sylvania, and Hewlett Packard. His infectious smile and love for life will be dearly missed. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service in Pete's honor at Roller, Hapgood and Tinney, 980 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto, CA, on Saturday October 31st at 11:00 a.m.
