Harold F. Boileau Called By Death
Harold Francis Boileau, died at Restopia, Thursday morning, June 23, 1966. Mr. Boileau had been seriously ill the past six months.
Mr. Boileau was born at Washington, Iowa, son of Alvah Vinton and Ethel Elizabeth Smith Boileau, March 8, 1908 and was aged 58 years, 3 months and 15 days.
He was reared and educated at Washington, Iowa, and was a Veteran of World War II.
He was an employee of the Rock Island Railway Co. for 42 years.
Mr. Boileau owned the building west of the Columbus Junction State Bank and was a resident of Columbus Junction for more than 15 years.
He is survived by his father at Winfield and by his sister, Mrs. Bert (Florence) Wheeler of Silvis, Illniois and three brothers, James of Davenport; Harry (Fritz) of Washington and Donald of Ainsworth, besides nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at the Jones Funeral Home in Washington, Iowa at 2 p.m. Saturday and were conducted by Rev. Vernon G. Elgin.
Burial in Woodlawn cemetery at Washington.
