Dorothy, 105, of East Lansing, MI, formerly of Grand Rapids, MI. our beloved mother and grandmother passed away Saturday.
Mrs. Tiffany was a life long resident of Grand Rapids until moving 12 years ago to East Lansing to be near her son.

Mrs. Tiffany was a volunteer for over 50 years at Butterworth Hospital (Spectrum). She was a member of the Women's City Club, Kent County Medical Society Auxiliary, State Medical Society Auxiliary, and was one of the first members of Mayflower Congregational Church. She enjoyed shopping and attending estate sales. She knitted bandages for Michigan veterans.

Mrs. Tiffany was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Dr. Joseph C. Tiffany, M.D. in 1976, her granddaughter, Kimberly A. Tiffany in 2005, her step-granddaughter, Sandi Pixley and Michelle Davis.

Surviving are her 2 sons, Dr. Joseph C. (Ruth) Tiffany, M.D. of Ocala, FL, and John T. (Barb) Tiffany of East Lansing, MI. 2 grandchildren, Dawn Marie (Kevin) Fiend of Waukesha, WI, and Joseph C. "Jay" Tiffany, III of Orlando, FL; great-grandchildren, Ethan Fiend, and Lillian Pixley.

Services were Thursday, October 14th, in Grand Rapids with Pastor James E. Robinson officiating.

Contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice in memory of Mrs. Tiffany.
