Served in United States Marine Corps. Lived in Sandy Creek 47 years. He was a welder employed by Local #545 Operating Engineers of Syracuse. Retired in 1993. Was an avid hunter.
Survivors: wife of 50 years, the former Joyce Nellis; two daughters and sons-in-law, Rhonda and Randy Zimmerman of Ellisburg, and Lisa and Michael Bradshaw of Oswego; two granddaughters, M'Kenzie and Michaela.
Services: Friday at 1 p.m. Summerville Funeral Home, Sandy Creek. Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Sandy Creek. Calling hours Thursday 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
