Margaret, 98, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 30, 2010 at Maple Manor Nursing Home in Rochester after complications from a fall. Margaret was born in Stewartville on September 9, 1912 to John and Mary (Johnson) Poppen. She was married to George R. Seehusen on January 30, 1935 in Stewartville. She was a homemaker all of her married life and enjoyed gardening and sewing. She also enjoyed fishing in their retirement years. She had a special love for all of her family, especially her grandchildren. She lived for the Lord and her family. Margaret is survived by her four children, Lola Seehusen, of Rochester, and Evelyn (Robert) Bushman, of Kenyon, MN, Vernon (Barb) Seehusen, of Milwaukee, WI, and Paul (Eva) Seehusen, of Indio, CA; four grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and one sister, Ruth Andreason, of Stewartville.
Margaret is preceded in death by her husband, George; and her brother, Harold.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church or the Minnesota Regular Baptist Camp.
