William Ransom Rothwell, aged 62, a native of Newark and former Wirt Countain, was a victim of last weekend's flood at Smithsburg, W.Va. Among the survivors is a brother, H.E. Rothwell, now of Grantsville, and widely known in Wirt County. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday morning from the Shaver and Byham funeral home in Parkersburg. The Rev. Mr. Anderson officiated. Interment was made in the K. of P. Cemetery in Elizabeth.
