Killed in action near Da Nang when the amphibious tractor he was operating struck a land mine.

MOS 1833 Assault Amphibious Vehicle Crewman.He arrived in Vietnam 3 September 1968,and was assigned to Bravo Company,3rd Amtrac Battalion,1st Marine Division.
He was known as "Vince" to his friends.He was married.

Vincent enlisted in the Marines 5 December 1967, at the Baltimore Recruiting Office. Died during Operation Meade River.

Survived by his wife, Pamela E & his daughter, Joi Anastasio of Baltimore, MD. Mr & Mrs Joseph B Anastasio of Baltimore, MD.
