VELMA CHRISTENA BURRIS
Velma Christena Burris, 75, of Mason, wife of Pirl Burris, died Thursday in Pleasant Valley Hospital, Point Pleasant. She was a homemaker and co-owner of Burris Dairy Farm.
Additional survivors include two sons, Larry Burris and Rick Burris, both of Mason one daughter, Penny Kidd of Parkersburg two sisters, Elsie Pratt of Pickerington, Ohio, and Ruth Wallenhaupt of La Porte, Texas and five brothers, Clyde Gerlach Jr. of Ravenswood, Sherman Gerlach and Robert Gerlach, both of Letart, Gerald Gerlach of Lakemore, Ohio, and Harold Gerlach of Charleston.
Funeral 2 p.m. Sunday at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason burial in Graham Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
