Charles Johnson

Charles C. Johnson of Harrisburg died Dec. 3 of age-related causes. He was 84. No service is planned.

He was born in Warren, Pa., to Jerrold and Lucille Fox Johnson. He married Elizabeth Mayberry Johnson in October 1985, in Warren, Pa.

He graduated high school and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II as a motor machinist mate.

He worked 35 years with National Forge Company of Irvine, Pa., then as a Realtor for the Janet C. Templeton E.R.A. Real Estate Agency.

Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Randi Kaufman of Sykesville, Md., Wendie Ross of Erie, Pa., and Cindie Johnson of Rochester, N.Y.; a son, Charles A. Johnson of Cheektowaga, N.Y.; a stepdaughter, Pamela Mayberry of North Warren, Pa.; a sister, Sally Almendinger of Irvine, Pa.; and one step-granddaughter. His first wife, Marjorie Nuhfer Johnson, died previously.
