James Louis Eyster, 68, a resident of Albuquerque since 1956, died Wednesday, June 12, 1991. Mr. Eyster was married to Doris Bushnell in Kansas City, KS, on January 5, 1947. They moved to Albuquerque in 1956.

Mr. Eyster worked for A.C.F. (American Car Foundery) who later sold to General Electric, and eventually retired in 1986, after 30 years of working in the same plant. He enjoyed many hobbies, such as fishing, carving and gardening. Mr. Eyster loved his family and was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend.

He is survived by: his wife, Doris Eyster of Tijeras, NM; his sons, Stephen Eyster of San Bernardino, CA, and Patrick Eyster and wife, Diane, of Tijeras; and his daughter, Susan Mead of Tijeras; his grandchildren: Benjamin, Stephanie, Kimberly, Matthew and James Eyster and Vaughn Mead; great-granddaughter, Amanda Martin; brothers, George Eyster of Guthrie, OK and Harry Edward Eyster of New Orleans, LA; and sister, Marybelle Hooper of Weatherford, OK.
