Felicia was born May 7, 1957 in Port Arthur, Texas. She was a homemaker and a lifelong area resident.
Funeral services will be held Friday, October 15, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Rev. Clifton Beasley officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 14, 2010 at the funeral home.
She is preceded in death by her nephew, Christopher Brasher.
