The funeral will be Wednesday at 11 in the Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Minot for Mrs. Arnold (Ida Amanda) Aaberg, 76, 5014 2nd Ave. SE, who died Sunday in a Minot hospital where she had been a patient since Feb. 20.

Rev. Thomas Barnard of Vincent Methodist Church will officiate and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery at Bismarck in the spring.

Mrs. Aaberg was born July 2, 1887, at Wheaton, Minn., and, as a young girl, moved to Velva where her sisters operated a millinery shop. She came to Minot in 1902, and also lived at Bismarck, Rugby, Dickinson and in Montana, prior to returning to Minot about ten years ago.

She had been employed at a number of women’s ready-to-wear stores here, including Taubes and Bon Ton. She was married to Arnold Aaberg June 20, 1960.

She is survived by her husband; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Stokes, and a granddaughter, Mrs. Steve Griak, both of Minneapolis. She was preceded in death by her first husband; two sons, Francis and Ira Harroun; three brothers and three sisters.

Reviewal at the funeral home will be Tuesday and Wednesday until service time.
